Minna no Nani Kiru - Learn Mahjong with Pro Players' Discard Quizzes

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for "Minna no Nani Kiru" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Osaka Works LLC (hereinafter "the Company").

By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Commencement of Use)

Use of the Service begins upon downloading and launching the app. At the time of commencement, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 (Content)

The Service provides mahjong discard quizzes and explanations (hereinafter "Content") created by professional mahjong players.

• Content is officially licensed from professional mahjong players
• Content may be changed or removed without prior notice
• Content is intended for educational purposes only

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, distribution, or publication of the Service's Content (quizzes, explanations, images, etc.)
4. Destruction or interference with servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
7. Use of the Service for fraudulent purposes
8. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Push Notifications)

The Service may send push notifications to inform users of new quizzes and new professional player additions. Users can disable push notifications at any time through their device settings.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following reasons apply:

1. Maintenance, inspection, or update of computer systems related to the Service
2. Difficulty in providing the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
3. Stoppage of computers or communication lines due to accidents
4. Any other situation where the Company determines that providing the Service is difficult

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 7 (Subscriptions)

The Service offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

• Subscription name: Premium (Ad-Free)
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renewable)
• Price: ¥90/month (tax included)

Subscription purchases are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through your device settings.

Subscription management and cancellation can be done through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or through the Google Play Store subscriptions section on Android.

Article 8 (Affiliate Links)

The Service participates in the Amazon.co.jp Associates and Rakuten Affiliate programs. When purchases are made through recommendation links for books recommended by professional players, the Company may receive compensation. This disclosure is made in accordance with Japan's Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and does not affect the prices or content of linked products.

Article 9 (Copyright)

Intellectual property rights for Content included in the Service (including but not limited to quiz images, explanations, and professional player profiles) belong to the Company or rights holders who have licensed their use to the Company (including professional players).

Users shall not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, repost, publicly transmit, distribute, publish, or commercially use the Content of the Service beyond the scope of private use.

Article 10 (Data Handling)

Answer history and performance data in the Service are stored only on the user's device. This data will not be carried over when changing devices or reinstalling the app. The Company assumes no responsibility for data loss.

Article 11 (Usage Restrictions)

The Company may restrict all or part of a user's access to the Service without prior notice if any of the following conditions are met:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms
2. Any other situation where the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

Article 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

The Company does not warrant, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement).

The Service is merely a mahjong learning aid and does not guarantee improvement in mahjong skills. Quiz explanations represent the individual opinions of professional players and do not represent the sole correct answer.

Article 13 (Changes to Service Content)

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to users, and users shall accept such changes.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users if deemed necessary.

Revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Company's website or within the app.

Article 15 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".
